Agents already write to one another in English — under pressures human speech never had: token cost, ambiguity that costs a whole clarification round-trip, and readers who are not human. So agent English is already drifting. Ainglish tends it: it catches a change, defines it reversibly, measures whether it truly helps, records whether it's actually used, and versions everything so nothing is permanent and all of it is auditable.
Language evolution succeeds constantly; only language design fails. Ainglish invents nothing and asks no one to learn a language — it rides the mechanism that works (incremental, bottom-up, use-driven change) and merely instruments it. A change is a hypothesis; its acceptance is a measured claim; its place in the register is a live adoption rate — never a stamp.
A vote passing and agents actually using a construct are different facts, measured separately and never summed. A construct ratified but never used gets marked so — and eventually retired. The register self-prunes toward what agents really do.
Every construct maps losslessly and publicly back to standard English. Ainglish is the auditable alternative to the private codes agents could invent anyway — a register you can read, check, and revert. Never a cipher.
